Used alpha biolabs to get a last minute PCR test for a family holiday, they were brilliant. The communication was top notch and even when there was a problem with one of the tests, they ensured they were available early next morning to get everything in place which allowed us all to successfully get our tests. The day 2 return tests were also sent out in a timely manner - everything was really smooth and i'd recommend them to anyone.

i had 2 tests done here to be given false positives they say they check over a 3 month period. I had a test from april to july and one from july to october i havent used the substance tested for since february and the second test had a higher reading than the first test. I have disputed the test and asked for an explanation. Alpha bio Labs cannot provide me with their test accuracy ,specificity or sensitivity which i asked them for 2 weeks ago this has caused great problems in court for me they just take your money and give no proper reason for their test not working correctly! i have 100 percent been clean from the substance they tested me for for ten months and its coming back with positive result over 3 month period and even came back with a substance i have never used on the second test and a higher reading than the first test i am going to the newspaper regarding this company.

Ordered Fit To Fly PCR test, never recieved the actual Fit To Fly certificate, just a test result. Emailed - no reply, phoned twice, they pormised to look into it and that was it. Had to go to the country of destination with just a test result, it worked luckily, but I am not impressed with the response if the lab at all.
