Have been a customer for 17 years, amazing service and friendly staff, i gets lots of compliments about my hair and how well it has been cut .

Partner called as a matter of emergency after using box dye. The employees response was along the lines of a blunt "no we won't touch it bye." Best part is, we are moving in next door so would be repeat customers. Awful way to deal with new customers as your customer service needs improvement

I must have come here about every 6 to 8 weeks for the past 15 years and I'm sure the prices have never changed. The haircut is always spot on - perhaps that's because they've had enough practice. The staff are very friendly and its always a joy to visit. I cheated on them once and went to Tony and Guy (I was on the pull) and regreted it - 45 for a gent's haircut!
