I used to dread getting my hair washed before hair cuts at other salons because I'd come home with a migraine due to the position my head and neck would be forced into. Here you get seated in a comfy chair with your legs up and a back massager built into the chair. You get a lovely head massage as standard when conditioner is applied. Any treatments you choose means having a lovely hot towel for a longer time too.
Lily in particular is very attentive and appears to be a mind reader when it comes to knowing how I want my hair, as I'm not that descriptive when it comes to saying what I want!
