        Booked in after seeing good reviews and had appt booked for a week. Went in, had strand test, they took my phone number.... and I was told Im booked in with Zoe at 10:30, wrote it down and repeated the time while there. I arrive at 10:20 to be told Im not with Zoe Im with Faye, who waited for me at 10am?? And had to then go for an emergency so I cant have my hair done. It was quite clearly a complete mess up, as I was told I couldnt have my hair done without a stand test?! Anyway, I left an important meeting early to get there - a phone call wld have been a lot more considerate and professional. I didnt have my hair done for an event. Ive never experienced such bad service at any hairdressers in my life. Lost what wld have been a regular customer as I am new to the area and need one.
