        The attention to detail, of how to work each muscle group, that Chris gives is a different level. He sets out each session with a specific objective and explains what we are to achieve. Its tough, but throughly enjoyable. Ive seen a big difference in body shape and strength in the last 2 years of being at Elevation. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

        Been training out of Elevation Fitness since they opened nearly 3 years ago. Amazing private gym. Lots of equipment. Great range of weights. Knowledgable PTs. Feel really comfortable and confident training here.
