BodyProject calisthenics gym

I tried out the calisthenics class a couple of times and have been pushed to my limits, with tips on form and encouragement. Everyone has been very welcoming and friendly, it's great to see the progression of the exercises. Would definitely recommend for a friendly gymn that will push you each session but lets you set your own pace as to how many times you attend each week. I can feel the difference after only a couple of weeks, so I've signed up for more.

Fantastic little Calisthenics gym overseen by the very knowledgeable Phil who can help adapt exercises to suit your ability no matter what your goals. The classes are a mix of all abilities and everybody helps each other while having fun, getting fit and working towards their goals.

Great sessions that take you out of your comfort zone and push you further than you thought you could go. Immense, definitely recommend. Results match the intensity!

This is a unique gym in the area in my opinion. If you want to feel challenged, but yet welcomed and safe then this is the place to come. Feel part of a community where you are not judged for what you cannot do, but you are encouraged every step of the way to push yourself to your own personal best. I love it. The trainers are very skilled and knowledgeable and will help you with whatever your goals are. Amazing.
