Absolute tyrant of a receptionist..i don't know who she thinks she is..asking why I wanted to see the doctor...what happened to patient confidentiality.

I've just had an app with Dr Napier and tbh, I can't praise her enough! Warm, welcoming (new patient), attentive, thorough and listens....and to top it all, I got an app the SAME DAY....nearly fell off my chair! Highly recommend it...would be great if the receptionists could crack a smile though

I find this surgery very good. Receptionist are all very nice especially on the phone when my asthma bad iv always got a appointment. Thery also bern good with my mental health.. the asthma nurse even sqeezed me in when chatting in the corridor . Lovely doctors even got my friend in as a new patient Tommy G. 5 star.

I came to this surgery as it was recommended by my parter Tracy A. I find this doctors practice very welcoming as I a new patient. They been really patient and helping me with my heart tablets especially the receptionist being supportive when joining the surgery .thank you.

Absolutely disgusted by the receptionist staffs customer service. As I approached the desk this morning I was glared at as if I was disrupting the two receptionists conversation which only consisted of badmouthing other colleagues. I was spoken to like a child. The receptionist was almost demanding to know why I wanted an appointment when I rang up a few hours earlier, information which nobody should feel pressured into disclosing. All in all I think it would do no harm for the receptionists to complete another training module in good customer service.
