Couldn't recommend this guy enough, great job on our new extra large block paved driveway .

DO NOT HIRE! Joe came promptly to quote and gave a slightly higher then average price. However since he seemed professional and offered a warranty we decided to pay the extra. He said he would come wednesday morning but didnt show, he didnt offer an excuse (lost the diggers keys) until prompted that evening. If you have a job booked and you dont show i would have thought the decent thing would be to make the first contact with the customer to explain why. He turned up the next day and completed the driveway within a day. I thought this was impressive at the time but now i think he completed it quickly by cutting corners. We were happy when we saw the completed job that evening. There were gaps between the blocks but joe said weather and movement would naturally fill the gaps with the excess sand. This seemed reasonable at the time. The next day we noticed a cracked brick. These things happen and not a major issue to sort but i didnt want to go through the hassle of fixing it myself when ive just spent over 2 grand and someone else to do it! I texted joe and he said hed come round to fix it when next free. Following this i also noticed large portions of the driveway were not properly filled with the sand and the bricks wobbling. Where my car tyre is the bricks are also starting to sink. Joe has said hed fix this week but not shown. When messaged again hes now not responding at all. He does not offer a warranty with his driveways and will ignore u. Very poor.
