Definitely deserves 5 stars. Stuart has been to do work twice for me now and I would not hesitate to recommend him. He's very professional in his work, arrives on time and fully explains everything. Really good prices to which is a big bonus

It was a genuine pleasure having Stuart fit our boiler and radiators. Everything was clearly explained and the plan was flawlessly executed. I would happily recommend him to anyone who needs such heating services.

Spoke with Stuart and booked an appointment for Stuart to replace our combo boiler . Wasnt ideal but had to wait 5 days for the appointment , no hot water in the house . Pencilled in the boiler replacement for the following Wednesday after the pre arranged appointment.Arranged for the visit Good Friday , not ideal but was next available date. but Stuart couldnt confirm a time . Sat in all day from 8-6 pm waiting, we sent several messages through out the day and called his mobile numerous times for an ETA . 6 pm passed . NO VISIT , NO MESSAGE RETURND , NO PHONE CALL RETURNED Not only wasted a day sitting waiting for a NO SHOW but after waiting 5 days , back to square one Really frustrated and disappointed, perhaps its time to show good paying customers some respect, and have a bit of respect for your own business
