Decortie Uk

I ordered a Decortie Muju C side table in Anthracite through The Range at the start of February...still waiting for it 5 months later because of error made by delivery company XDP who apparently lost the product. XDP were useless so I phoned The Range who has been struggling to get replies to their emails to Decortie so it looks like my money is lost.

Horrendous experience One of the 2 items ordered (26/11) had a 2 week lead time. After 3 weeks called to chase and was told it was arriving with Decortie the next day and I'd get it the day after... Nothing! Repeat this phone call multiple times for nearly 2 months, when someone actually answered the phone, was given the same same story its coming in tomorrow be with you shortly. Resorted to filling a charge back via my credit card company to recover my money, as unable to get through by phone. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update 01/02/19, the 2nd part has finally been delivered. Whilst I appreciate there may valid reasons for a delay, 2 months combined with absolutely zero communication from Decrotie unless I called them. Only for EVERY promised delivery date not to be met.
