        Excellent in every way.The shop was closed when I rang and the driver had already left with the final delivery.The lady was warm,friendly and most understanding.The flowers were for my sister and niece who had cared at home for husband and dad who had terminal vancer and was cremated that morning.I was soo surprided when my sister called at 4,30pm to say flowers were lovely delivered by the lady I had spoken to earlier.I can't thank her enough..what service!!! I will always us these.
