        Very disappointed. Ordered prom balloons from a photo, was told with no uncertainty that they could be done. What arrived was nothing like!! Wrong filling, wrong colours, hardly filled and stood 2 foot off the floor. Safe to say I was very disappointed. Eventually got hold of Nikki,was told a refund was not an option. She would collect them and rectify. Waited Half an hour in a car park, every phone call was disconnected with Im driving . She arrived as a passenger!! Explain that I would like correct colours as ordered,all with feathers and the correct amount of feathers! Delivered back 30 mins after we had left,1 flat, 1 still the wrong colour and 1 sitting on the floor! Flat one was replaced. Girls had already left! No refund! Blocked me from Facebook so I couldnt review! Left a very honest one from my friends account which was deleted less than 12 hours later!!!!!
