**Update** Looks like they either read my review or got other complaints as they've spent money and fixed it! Drive-Thru system needs fixing. No one in the restaurant can hear your order at the menu and then you can't check what you've ordered because the screen doesn't work at the till! Perfect system to cause order issues!

Very impressive McDonald's. Staff friendly and attentive. Our order was brought to our table by a manager, I think, who took time to make sure that we had everything we needed. Even the member of staff emptying the bin was friendly and obliging. Clearly, the morale here is excellent, a sign of first class management. We actually live right by one of the few other McDonald's in the region that has a soft play area - Formby. However, their play area is often closed, as it was today, so we made a special journey to Warrington to use this restaurant, and it was well worth it! Also, having not had McDonald's coffee anywhere other than Formby for a long time, I had forgotten how good the real stuff is! Thank you so much :)

ABSOLUTELY FILTHY. I'm stood in the store writing this and the floor and dining area is disgusting. Rubbish outside on the way in. GO TO ANOTHER STORE!
