So went in, ordered only for the girl at the window to start laughing and talking to colleagues about the fact I came in f4om the drive through.
She then said that she was too busy to administer the drive through, how are people meant to know this if no one even advises that's the case.
A young guy then came to me and said what's the problem. I told him and he said there doesn't seem to be a problem.
I was left feeling embarrassed and belittled.
I will make sure everyone knows this is the worst kfc to go to in the northwest it is absolutely disgusting.
