        3 missed appointments (including 2 no shows). Eventually when Palladium Locks did add a lock to an internal door they badly damaged the door frame and scratched the new door in several places. After I highlighted these issues, Palladium Locks advised they would be in contact. As expected I didnt hear anything (except a request to remove the negative feedback) I dont recommend this dishonest, unreliable and incompetent company....

        Ian came today to fit 2 locks on our garage. Communication from booking through to the end was spot on. He arrived on time, was clean and tidy and done an amazing job especially with the tricky locks Ian had to work with. I would definitely recommend Palladium. Ian is lovely, reliable and professional. Top Job! Thanks again.
