Poor. I visited branch on 4th July and ordered an item (they had what they told me was identical in stock but said they couldn't let me have it). They said I would have it delivered possibly next day, but within a few days at the latest. 2 weeks later when it still hadn't arrived I spoke to one member of staff at the Branch who said he could find no trace of my order then lost my connection so I phoned back and spoke to another staff member who admitted the item had arrived but they forgot to deliver. He promised a delivery first thing in the morning as I told him I needed to be working in a different area. Waited in until after midday. Still hadn't arrived - not impressed! If you want something urgently I suggest going elsewhere and dealing with a more reliable company
