    Called ENW last week to arrange a shroud for protection from scaffold, spoke to lady at call centre who was really helpful, but could only give me a timescale of up to three weeks. I had previously obtained a number for Mark drabble who I called and left a message not really expecting call back .Mark called me back later and said he would try to get over to Property.we had snow and wind that night and he was on a night shift I still got a call next day with email confirmation to say power cables were safe. we are Roofing contractors who deal with different providers best service ever come across Thanks Mark and team, brilliant.     Absolutely disgusting theyve got a connection on my new house back several times for no fault of mine keep telling me that the council wont allow them a permit but they wont give evidence that the council refuse them a permit absolutely disgusting company unfortunately nobody else to go to

    Can somebody please tell me why iam on the priority list I've rang twenty times requested a call back for information about power being off for three days and nothing . Work man came next door said he know all about me being a priority customer and was on his way round must still be on his way .

    Came home from work yesterday at 2pm to a kitchen full of acrid, burning plastic from our electricity meter which was smoking and charred. Electricity Northwest were there within 20mins, sorted the issue and asked for our supplier. I'm Epileptic with a crutch and have a young child and a mobile running out of battery. The engineer then spent 30mins on the phone to Scottish Power who were no help whatsoever. After 30hrs without electric, and AMEY and Scottish Power blaming everyone but themselves, Northern Electric, through their own goodwill, supplied a part they didn't need to. I cannot express my gratitude to the engineer, but more so to the ladies at Electric Northwest that helped me through this and went out of their way to assist me. I'm almost tearful! Well done girls/team, we now have Electricity and we can eat! Best to all of your wonderful staff.
