I recently got my bridesmaid dress done from this shop, while I cant say anything negative about the quality of work, my experience with the (assuming) shop owner was poor I was booked in on a Wednesday and arrived at the time and was told they had no one booked in, I think the woman wanted me to leave as she just stared at me while I showed her the texts of me booking in, she then proceeded to tell me for the 15 odd minutes that I was there just how busy she was and how my appointment has slowed things down. I wasnt sure if she thought Id just say no Ill go but I did my part in booking in. I was texting the owner about dates to pick my dress up and asked for a date I didnt realise they were open and I got no response (a fault on both parts) she kindly offered to nip in on the Monday they were closed as I texted her after being ignored to tell her what was already wrote down in their books (that the wedding was the Tuesday) As much as I appreciate the sorting out after the miscommunication and ignoring or messages, the owner asked me when the wedding was and I said Valentines Day, she paused for a little bit and proceeded to call the bride and groom weirdos and attention seekers for having it on this date, I dont know if she realised that the groom was my brother, theyve chosen this date for a special reason I just think it was really rude to own a wedding shop and be so open about judging chooses In the business that you chose to be in Like I said the quality of work I cant fault but the owner and staff were a bit to judgy for the line of work they are in, I was very upset that a woman would be so nasty to people she doesnt know Service: Alterations

What can I say, from start to finish it's been an absolute pleasure. I first contacted them to make an appointment for my wedding dress to be fitted as it was a bit big. It took around 4 weeks and was contacted to come back. Tried it on and it fit like a dream! Couldn't believe it. It looked as if it hadn't been fitted. It is such good quality workmanship. There OK if you need adult but not for anyone smaller than 5 foot
