Too bad it's impossible to get a gp appointment. receptionists are not helpful at all. We cannot make an appointment online by calling. When I fill out the online form, it says that gp min needs to make an appointment with me urgently. We call, they give the day, they do not give the hour. They say we are going to Gp because you did not call for the time, we did not give you a date. It is not clear who does what. The only job of the staff is to send the patients back from there without any help. I haven't been able to reach the doctor for about 8 months. I have to have a blood test done because of my diseases, I couldn't even get it done. I have been sleeping for months because of the swelling and pain in my back. This system needs to be fixed. If we are going to call Nhs all the time, why is there Gp? To say sorry we can't do anything?

Cant fault my doctors the receptionists have always been helpful with me and nice I always get an app even if its with the extended surgery or a phone call with the doc to see if a face to face is needed I find them really accommodating Yes eConsult is annoying to fill out but it takes a few mins and its always picked up thank you

Usually never had a problem with Park View but this morning I had the most rude encounter with the reception staff. Unfortunately my five year old daughter has been in pain overnight with her ear, so did an e-consult which was no problem and it said "someone will be in touch by Thursday 16th Feb before 18:00", again - not a problem. Apparently between the hours of 8am and 10am they've 'contacted me, multiple times with an appointment' and also sent a DNA (did not attend). The only phonecall I recieved was at 10:40am to call the practice. When I rang, the lady didn't give her name or anything and when I said who the appointment for she went "well myself and a colleague have been trying to get in touch on the number youre ringing off multiple times and you didn't attend your appointment" as I argued the fact that no appointment was booked or arranged with myself because obviously I didn't attend because I didn't get any phonecalls nor texts nor emails. As I tried to argue the point I wouldn't of missed the appointment due to my daughter being in pain, her attitude was just "ill ring through to the doctor and see if they can see you, bye". Rude and disgusting. Unfortunately we will be moving GPs after being there for over 10+ years myself due to one woman's incompetence and rude manner. Edit: just found out regardless of putting your number on the e-consult they contact previous numbers on your file and they were even ringing a number of a family member, not myself who submitted the e-consult. Added just to reiterate the incompetence of your reception staff :)

Did the e-consult. Result is phone gp and arrange an urgent appointment call the GP and advised to do an administrative e consult so it allows it to be submitted rather than make an appointment. Will hear back before close of play Thursday (80 hours) Okay then

E consult doesn't work. When phoned I was told to do an E consult. Great little loophole. Do they even see patients? What are you guys doing back there?
