Grappenhall Surgery

We registered my daughter and partner here. We were told my daughter could only be registered if a parent was registered there as well, then when my partner tried to arrange an appointment they said they had no record of him. WORRYING! My partner was also turned away after trying to get an appointment for his mental health condition as they said they dont do that sort of thing and he would have to go to hospital. Make sure you understand which location you are travelling as one receptionist is lovely and will tell you if its the Lymm or Grappenhall location, and one receptionist doesnt tell you at all!

Dreadful dr's. I was actually told that my pulled ligament would not get better if I didn't take pain killers!! I did nearly ask the dr if she was actually qualified. I have also had my anxiety medication reduced without any discussion. These drs do not care about you!!! Avoid at all cost!! I have just made a formal complaint through NHS England, they are disgraceful.

Absolutely disgusting. A doctors, yes. Expensive; yes. IN GRAPENHALL: NO! So get this. Grape Hall surgery, is not in grapenhall. I just wanted a surgery close to me but No. Five extra minutes drive. Please rebrand

Fantastic if you can get an appointment.. All of the doctors seem to be in the lymm branch.

Disgraceful, feel sorry for the receptionist who was trying to answer the phone and deal with patients waiting. I tried phoning to get an appointment for my 91 yr old mother who cannot leave home without assistance. I couldn't get through on the phone so went into the surgery. I was made to feel as if we were wasting their time and had to give details of what was the matter with her in front of a queue of waiting people. What if it had been an embarrassing condition! They couldn't give me an appointment this week, then they phoned me at 6.30pm at night and said she could come the next day at 10am which was not enough notice to get her there and cancel my work appointments for the morning. They said my employer should let me have time off for this...
