        Poor receptionist, not able to do online appointment, old style operation watse a lot of time for patient and dr.

        Fab surgery. All the staff are helpful. I don't contact the surgery often, although the last few weeks I have, the reception staff are helpful, I had a telephone consultation with a doctor within 1 hour and a prescription almost immediately. This isn't the 1st time this has happened , so convenient. The only criticism is the long winded message before you get through.
