They never answer the phone. Impossible to get an appointment. What am I paying for in my taxes. Can I have a refund please.

Blue Boy
0 Stars, I needed a review of my medication, so they arranged a phone review. Once on the review I was told that I needed a blood test, my BP taking and other things they can only do in person! Waiting on the phone for them to answer is a lottery as even when it says I am 1st in line, it can then continue to ring for over 15 minutes. Been with this practice for over 20 years and it has steadily declined to the point of it being useless.
