        I have not had a face to face with a doctor for at least 3 years. Today, I was scheduled to have a telephone appointment in the morning but nobody called. These people should be sacked instead of been given a pay rise.

        Two days Im calling at 8 am, no appointment available. My daughters and I are running high temperatures, feeling horrible. No help available, they send us a&e. Im 3 years with them never got an appointment

        Managed to get a face to face appointment on the same day, concerns taken seriously and referral to a clinic and seen within 7 days. The doctor was really professional and receptionist on the phone helpful.
