        What is the point in being registered with a doctor when we can't get an appointment for weeks in advance or get passed onto Bath Street with a special password??? Either hire more doctors and nurses and receptionists who are polite and don't leave you on hold for litterly an hour only to tell you they are full a and that they don't care about their patients. Its no wonder that A&E are completely full of people. Am very disappointed

        Attitude is bad of woman on reception. Asking me to call earlier, I did call earlier i was in a queue for 60 minutes! Was early at time of calling! 3 days trying to get an appointment! E consult is pathetic no use what so ever!
