Over 2 stays there had a few issues with 1 member or staff but everyone else was amazing especially Elaine and meegs would definitely recommend

Getting accused of things that I didn't do, snotty phone calls, and letters too, not getting any support for anything, not even sure what a support worker does anymore. Had complaints about other tenants ignored too, among all of them was others fly tipping or putting rubbish in other people's bins that weren't their own.

In september we had we had to put my Mum in a resedential care home i looked round 7 homes in the wa5 area.We chose Heathside Mews in penketh which is owned and operated by this Charity it was a big decision and the best desicion i have made for mum i cant praise the home enough the staff are fantastic from cleaning,cooking,activities and all the careing.Mum has now settled in and looks great even has a social life.
