The Manager of this store feels it acceptable for his staff to be rude, obnoxious and pull out their phones to use a calculator to prove they are correct - despite the fact the items were indeed not reduced on the receipt. I had an apology in a passive-aggressive 'sorry if you were offended,' and even the customer service team refused to comment if this is how they would handle a complaint!! There is nothing that would ever persuade me to step foot in the store whilst that manager and ridiculous assistant work there. It seems quite acceptable to treat customers like rubbish, so my custom will shift elsewhere. I'd give no stars, were it possible!
