Talking Teeth

I arrived here for an emergency appointment as my usual dentist was closed. Have to say dental nurses and recpionists were lovely and super friendly. Dentist himself was really reassuring, chatty and had me at ease, had to have my tooth out which wasnt easy and so i thanked him alot for what he did. After care instructions were great and overall good experience.

I have been sent here in an emergency with a very sore, throbbing tooth. The dentist after 30sec examination said I needed to use salt water and floss my teeth and it would settle as food got under my filling. I left after less than 5min empty handed. Well, after days of pain and sleepless nights I went to see another dentist who actually took an X-ray and said I have an infection and inflammation of the ligaments causing pain all around my jaw on the left side. I will also need root canal or tooth extraction. I was prescribed antibiotics and got proper instructions on what to do. I would not go back to this place even if this was the last dental practice on earth. Terrible service
