I was accepted here for some emergency treatment and was firstly impressed with welcoming very professional standard of all the reception ladies. Then moving onto my treatment from Dr Zayd Ismail and nurse Hannah Ravenscroft Who made me feel very welcome and at ease as we moved through the process which was not a straight forward extraction to say the least being the broken remainder of an old post crown which from what I gather most dentists would of just referred to the dental hospital but with every confidence was removed by Zayd with Hanna supporting and checking with me the whole time and I really must say I have never felt more at ease and confident at the dentist ever ! the are both outstanding and a credit to the surgery

I have been with this practice for many years and always find the receptionist helpful and cheerful. My dentist is Sara and she is friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable, all in all a brilliant dentist. Sara keeps you informed of what she is doing as she goes along. Having seen several dentists at the practice I prefer to see Sara as I feel comfortable with her and believe she truly cares about people and her job.

I went to Museum Street Dental Surgery for a routine check up. It was my first time going to this practice and I was seen to by Dr. Sidhu and Heidi. They were extremely competent and I was well informed about the whole process and they clearly explained all the advice that I was given. I was very happy with the service I received and I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family.

I cannot recommend this practice enough! I saw Dr. Sidhu and Heidi and they were amazing at putting me at ease as I was quite nervous. Dr. Sidhu was very comforting, thorough and knowledgeable. She was happy to address any concerns that I had and I was really impressed with the overall examination that she gave. For once, I'm not worried about going back to go back to the dentist!
