        I emailed Ledvance for information regarding a fault with a lighting fitting. After I carried out a test with the fitting it was decided it needed changing under warranty. I received a replacement 2 days later. Great customer service. Pleasant, fast response and informative. Highly recommended.

        Ordered off amazon, led arrived broken. They don't accept phone calls only emails and you don't get a reply. Steer clear.
