        I mistakenly ordered the wrong item - a Kindle basic rather than a Paperwhite - so advised to just sent it back for a refund. Kindle was duly returned and within 12 minutes of it being received back my refund had been processed. Bear in mind this was MY mistake I think Techsel handled this brilliantly. So I'd feel highly confident buying from them again , hopefully getting my order right. 5*s to them.
