    My Dishwasher broke and after speaking with this company we arranged for them to fix it. We have been waiting for the part to come in stock for 70 days now. This is really poor and trying to speak to Hoover/Candy is poor also.

    Brand new machine turned up faulty!! Called hoover for advice who had me sign up and pay for the extended warranty to get a engineer out (would have made me pay a lump sum on the day had I not taken out the warranty - on a brand new machine!!) Told us engineer would arrive between 13:27 and 15:27. Saw on the ring doorbell that the engineer showed up at 11:30 (when we werent in as we didnt realise we needed to be). When I called him 3 times and left him 2 messages he ignored every single one. I called Hoover customer service and got through to Philip who was very condescending and unhelpful. I asked him to contact the engineer which he said he couldnt do (?) so I asked him to make us a new appointment which he also said he couldnt do. Called back and got through to someone slightly more helpful who managed to get us an appointment but wed have to wait another week! Called again the following day and got back through to Philip who told me there were no appointments or cancellations any sooner and when I asked him if he could call me back when someone cancelled he said Yeah Im not doing that and hung up. Overall a really bad experience and definitely will not be buying from Hoover again or recommending them to anyone I know.

    Fridge/Freezer bought in Jan 2021 died after 7 months in Aug 2021 (inside freezer -20 degrees, in fridge +15). Issue fixed after 3 weeks of constant everyday talking to Candy/Hover trying to get someone in to fix it (getting them on the phone is another story in itself). Exactly year later Aug 2022 same thing happened, same parts died. Now currently waiting ~1 month and parts are still not in to be replaced. Candy/Hoover is to be avoided at all cost.

    Possibly the most disgusting service we have ever experienced. Had one of their ceramic hobs explode on us. They sent one technician who ordered the incorrect part, the second technician said he would arrange a new unit. Well 2 months later we still dont have a working stove and the lady at customer couldnt care a less says, well you are more than welcome to report me to management. Frankly she shouldnt have a job with that kind of attitude. There is something to be said about spending your money with a more reputable company.

    APPALLING pre-purchase customer service. There is NO WAY to speak to anyone about machine specifications before a purchase. No numbers provided. No online chat. Just NOTHING except the website - and even that doesn't cover all the models they sell! Tried all avenues and ALL phone numbers are post-purchase oriented. And even then there is no reply even after nearly an hours wait. Really shocking and they should be ashamed to hide behind their paper barriers and not have human contact available. Hope others read this and don't deal with them. One star for having a web site - would have given half a star if I could.
