        Useless at helping customers

        Impossible to get through to them by phone and when you do the customer service is awful. We bought a voucher for a hotel that offered Friday night stays, but were told on the phone they no longer accepted the voucher for a Friday night, even though they were still selling the hotel voucher on their website stating it could be used in a Friday.

        Stayed in shabby hotel called The Craiglynne. The noise insulation standards of this Bespoke Hotel between the walls were appalling. Every square foot of room floor squeaked loudly. Exposed wiring in the bathroom. Shower did not function correctly. Did not sleep a wink. Attempted to contact Bespoke through their email to demand a refund. Guess what? No response at all! Avoid!
