        Unbelievably unhelpful. Just wanted to know about phonak chargers for hearing aids that I have. Neither customer service or technical help were able to give me the information. Absolutely useless.

        I have had Phonac hearing aids for two years, having bought them at Scrivens. At the time of purchase the audiologist set my phone and I was able to link it to my hearing aids. The h/a had to be sent back because they were faulty, Since then I have had three different employees try to help set it up on my phone, to no avail. The one h/a whines most of the time (irritates whoever is with me) and has to be adjusted. The service has been appalling!!
