We have been waiting months discuss the outcome of a tender process that GovData supported for us. The submission was poorly qualified in some key areas that result in the rejection of the tender. Despite repeated efforts to on our part to get discuss and conclude the process we have been ignored for months. Wed like to conclude the process and move on, but cannot do so without engagement from GovData. Some of the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time.

I cannot praise Gov Data and the team highly enough, we have worked with them now for 5-6 years on many government frameworks. We continue to win new government business with the expert guidance and help from the team at Gov Data. The team is always on hand to assist, help or answer any queries we may have. Aftercare is very important to us as a company and Gov Data and the team especially Emily provide this in abundance. We would not go anywhere else!!!! I would give 10* if it was possible

I've worked at GovData since November 2019 and cannot recommend them enough. Friendly staff and management, incentive driven environment and you get to bring your dog to work!
