        please don't go to the store. Went to pay a bill & for some reason, It wouldn't swipe & I asked him to tap in the numbers & he said "I don't type in numbers" go to another shop...RUDE & ARROGANT he's okay with other customers but not when you don't go that often

        Went to drop off a parcel (my first time returning one via this shop) and the male owner was extremely rude and patronising. He told me to process the returns label by myself, despite it being my first time. Very bad customer service. Was told to place the parcel in the back room just behind me, which seemed extremely unprofessional as that part of the shop would normally be out of bounds. Very unpleasant and rude. Note to them: don't work in customer service!

        Very rude and aggressive shop owners. Very unhelpful, especially when taking Hermes parcels back. Certainly the worst shop I've ever come across.
