We highly recommend RDH and only have positive things about the work completed, but also the way in which it was carried out. The team carried out a rear extension and several other internal and external works, all of which were carried out with the utmost professionalism and quality. Rob and the Teams input was invaluable from the first meeting and throughout the job, leaving us with an outcome we are delighted with. Before the work began, we were warned by others who had similar building work done in the past with stories of unreliable tradesmen and living in a house whilst building work is ongoing. The RDH team arrived at 8am every day, on the dot, and would work tirelessly, both carrying out the work to the highest standards but also maintaining a clean site throughout. I should also mention that the entire team were, at all times, as polite, courteous and respectful as we couldve hoped for. The same applied to the other trades (electrician, plumbing, etc) who came with RDHs recommendation. We have already recommended and will continue to recommend RDH Property Services to anybody who will listen, and will not hesitate in going back to Rob and the Team if we need any further work doing on our home. Got in touch with RDH to enquire about getting a load bearing wall removed, new flooring and an electric rewire. The next day Rob visited, measured up and gave me lots of helpful advice as well as a no obligation quote. He also showed me photos of his recent work (available on social media) which filled me with confidence all the work would be done to a high spec. The work was completed on time, within budget and exceeded my expectations. The team were extremely professional throughout and made sure I was happy with everything upon completion. A full guarantee was also supplied for all work I was so impressed that I asked RDH to complete a partial loft conversion which was of course done to the high standard i expected From now on Rob and RDH will be my go to guys for any building work required - Would certainly recommend
