Holes Lane Surgery

I have been registered with this practice for about 50 years and the service now provided is the worst I have experienced. Appointments are only available by filling in an econsult form which is only available between 8.00 and 11.00 am although I have now been informed that a limited amount are accepted each day after which it is switched off. The email address has now been deleted. It seems the practice is making it as difficult as possible to provide a normal service.

I have been a patient at Holes Lane Surgery all my life and have never had a bad experience. Doctors are always courteous, caring and professional. The E-consult service has never been a problem for me and Ive always had my issues addressed. I recently completed an E-consult and was given a face-to-face appointment two days later. Very pleased, thank you for your continued care.

Been coming here for years, never had any problems! Always get an appointment when needed and issues have always been resolved quickly over e consults or face to face. Thank you!

You can only fill a e.consulton form in now up to 11.0'clock and asking you not to ring the surgery after 11 0'clock unless it's urgent why can't they go back to normal like all other N.H.S places its ridiculous
