Sure and Safe Minibus Service Limited

Unreliable. Had a mini bus booked in for my birthday to take us to Chester racecourse. The driver arrived five minutes early, I advised that we would be five minutes as we had to lock everywhere up (& the driver was five minutes early anyway), for him to then drive off right in front of us when we came outside about to get in with no explanation. We had no other way of getting there and taxis were booked up. This was so uncalled for and so unnecessary. We will not be using this company again.

Worst experience ever had with a transport service would rather book a semi reliable local firm. Had a mini bus booked in for a friends 25th birthday to take us to Chester racecourse. The driver arrived five minutes earlier than expected so we asked if he could wait 5 minutes as not everyone was ready (and this was our arranged pick up time) for him to say Im not taking youse and then drive off with no explanation and no call or cooperation from the office to explain why. This lead to us having to try and get another mode of transport for over 2 hours leaving us missing 2 races and queueing for a large amount of time as we planned on getting to the race course early to avoid the queue/crowds as a member of our group was injured and on crutches. VERY unreliable, would not recommend or use & will be taking this further.

Just want to say a massive thank you to sure & safe minibus and the service we recieved. It was exemplary and all my friends thought the service we received was above and beyond. Thank you for getting us safely to and from our homes. I will definitely use you guys again in the future and I'll recommend you to all my friends and family. Thanks again.

Booked Sure and Safe for a Hen Party and will definitely book them again. Very reliable, friendly and reasonably priced. Turned up on time and dropped everyone off at home, great service.

We would definitely book with these again, very accommodating. We changed our booking from 12 to 14 to 16 people and nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you for all your help with our booking.
