        Great customer service from Malcom and his team. I had an issue with my Kranzle pressure washer and with a one to one diagnostic service by Malcolm it was running in no time. Cant thank them enough and highly recommend Kranzle products and Aquaspray!

        Ordered a part for a karcher jet wash weeks ago , I have paid for the part , they never said they didnt have it and would have to order it in , all they said was we will let you know when its dispatched. I have messaged them for an update 2 weeks after I put my order in the replied - they are still waiting ,now we are a further 2 weeks on no update . Karcher must be a very small company that only make to order!!!! If I treated my customers in this way I would not expect them to stay with me .
