The Cleaning Bee Warrington

The cleaning was excellent, the cleaners were lovely. Thats the good part. The bad part is the company seems unable to organise the cleaners turning up on time. Yesterday I was notified they would be here at 10.45. Today they turned up an hour early and as I wasnt expecting them and didnt hear them call, they left. Ive just spoken to their office and had a heated discussion with a member of staff who seemed unable to register my frustration as this isnt the first time this has happened and seemed to think I was exaggerating. I tried making the point that I am paying them to organise cleaning at a prearranged time we have agreed in advance and not at some random point when it suits them. I have no problem with a 15 minute window allowing for traffic etc, but an hour early?! And last time they were an hour late! After the contracted four week period we will be getting somebody else in who will hopefully have a more professional organisation. Service: Standard cleaning

The cleaners are fabulous! The big problem with the cleaning bee is the organisation (or lack of!!). Yesterday it got to a point where it was 2 hours late for my clean, without any communication! It certainly isnt the first time - I called, text and emailed to say it was too late for a clean and to cancel. No cleaners turned up, which I assume was as a result of my email.. but there was a complete failure to even acknowledge my email, text or voicemail. Its astounding that they can read that sort of message and communicate with their cleaners to not make their way to an address, yet not bother to respond to their customer? As I said.. the cleaners are brilliant and do a great job - the planning and management is shocking!! Service: Standard cleaning
