John was fantastic throughout the process. No fault of NCD but the car (like most) took a lot longer to arrive than expected but John kept me informed throughout. Extremely rapid replies on email and a very professional service. Got a great discount on the car. I cannot recommend this broker enough.

Last year I ordered a VW car on a outright purchase basis from this company based in Warrington. However, last month they me a lousy excuse that they cannot deliver the car. Almost 8 months of waiting and now im out of pocket because the same car is now 7k more if i was to order from a dealer. This company have most likely sold my car to another customer privately at a higher price. I made a mistake ordering from them. I ordered with them because Trust piolet reviews was 'Excellent'. I don't believe those reviews now as most are probably fake.
