Wickes

Went to Warrington Wickes this evening. I was having problems with a door handle fitting. The man I spoke to was really helpful and knowledgeable and told me what I could do to adjust the fitting to make it the right length. It worked perfectly. Thank you so much.

What a pleasure on our visit today. Served by a very attentive Paula. She was so polite, helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant and very chatty, a really lovely member of staff and an asset to Wickes. She helped us immensely with our requirements, and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks Paula, your a diamond, and we will definitely be back.

I am from West Kirby and Birkenhead branch didnt have the size of trellises I wanted. Next availability in Warrington. As I am over 20 miles away I couldnt get it delivered from there. Only choice I had to drive all the way there to get it. I did and at the entrance Diane Markham was there. I explained my inability with heavy trolleys also worried whether the trellises are fit into my car she went extra mile to help me. Find the right trellises, try them in my car done the job for me. All I did was pay the bill. She was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and I got a stress free & painless service from her. Its becoming harder to find genuine customer service and support in any retailer. However Diane gone over and beyond to help me and I am very thankful for that.
