        Terrible customer service. Less than a month and getting messed around. They don't have a clue what they are doing. I have told them to come collect their equipment. Nothing but a waste of time and headache.

        Terrible customer service. Took 2 weeks of phoning to request a callback from sales as for some reason you cannot be put straight through. Finally got through to sales and it took a further 3 weeks to get the water installed. Company address wrong, never got back to emails and when I asked for a definitive date (after continuous requests) or I would like to log a formal complaint, the saleman Josh N, got the water delivered and never bothered to respond to me! It just turned up! I think this is one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with!
