I drove 25 miles too come and see a car for sale a X35d MW16VZX, arrived at the showroom couldnt find the car so I asked a member of staff which didnt have a clue about the car until someone else interrupted and told me, it was on the ramp and closed till Tuesday, but was told I could put a deposit down on the car as people have enquired about it, the same car has been on AUTO TRADER, for the past 2/3 weeks!!! This is the second time Ive had poor service from this garage! The last time I was told a customer from a different Halliwell jones had put through finance application on a car I was looking at, until I got home and the so called sales manager rang me and told me they arent going through with the car. TWICE Ive tried too purchase a car from here and have had such a poor experience on both occasions, I definitely wont be coming back to this branch again and Ill still looking Williams Liverpool!
