Customer Service was lacking. Electric roller blinds were installed competently by the Engineer, but unfortunately it took 4 attempts (during CoVid lockdown environment as well) to get it "nearly right" due to parts supply. I have been in contact several times and still awaiting a return call and update from their Manager, to complete the job. They also take all money up front which places the customer in a poor situation for any remedial works. The job is still not finished and I have had no reply or offer of compensation...I would not recommend this supplier.

Great night/day blind, fitted quickly. Good price. Had to call them back for a slight adjustment to location of blind, and after a slight mix up with agreed time this was quickly rectified. Would recommend . Would use again.
