        Firstly, I've been a loyal customer for over 32 years at the Warrington store. No more. I bought some Jaguar scissors last August, same as my usual ones. I didn't need them at the time. I was slightly coerced into buying them from an assistant who I won't name. If I bought 3 products, the scissors would be cheaper. Even though I didn't need any of them, I knew I'd use the scissors at some point. I used them yesterday and they're blunt. Phoned the store and head office and they're not interested. They don't mind selling expensive, faulty products to customers though. I now have to spend a further 25 to get them fixed. They're a joke this place. When I think of the money I've spent at Sallys and there is zero customer service. Customer beware and avoid Sally Warrington if you can. They'll talk you into buying sub standard products that aren't fit for purpose.
