I recently visited this nail salon to get a builder gel, since I was bored of painting my own nails every other day. I was really excited to having them done again. My nails were in good condition since I wasn't using hard gel for years. The nails looked good at first, but after couple of days I noticed some slight chipping. After about a week, more chipping and lifting occurred, so I decided to contact the nail salon for them to rectify the problem. They fitted me in, so I went there and the nail tech asked me "which nail I need fixing" which I found odd, since majority of the nails needed fixing, and that's what I said. Alternatively, I said she could also remove them because at that point I wasn't really happy how things were going. She just agreed with me and started the removal process. She barely soaked them, didn't even wait 1 minute after she soaked my other hand to start working on the first one. She was rough on my nails and over-filed them. Then, I asked how much it is for nail removal, thinking she wouldn't let me pay since they didn't do the job well in the first place, but she just told me the cost, so I paid without arguing. My nails are left in very poor condition, I think some lifting is starting to occur as well. It will probably take months to heal. To note that, I wasn't rough on my nails, I was always very careful with them. This problem never happened to me before when I was doing my nails elsewhere. My nails were less damaged after removal of hard gel than now after this builder gel. The customer experience in my opinion was very poor from start to finish. Edit in response to the owner: I don't own a garden, so I haven't been doing gardening nor manual work. When the nails are chipped dirt particles can easily get stuck inside, again result of their poor work. The dirt on my hand was from the stamp, not from ground work. I wasn't rude neither in our conversation nor when I arrived. These are pure lies and blame put on a client instead of taking responsability for a poor work. The nail tech wanted to repair 1 or 2 nails whilst majority were lifting and that's why I chose to get them removed and so glad I did. Service: Manicure
