Do not use for botox. Myself and my partner had so called botox here in september and we had no results. I messaged gemma 2 weeks after the treatment with pictures to this affect. She then tried to blame her trainee which I particularly thought was unprofessional it was definitely the product that was used that clearly didnt work. Iv asked for a refund been ignored and now told I'm not getting a refund. The customer service of gemma Is disgusting and trading standards have been informed. Please beware if having botox I would avoid this buisiness for that and I would not recommend them at all due to my experience and lack of results. This was my result in the picture.

Had tear troughs done at gemma Jones by a trainee, the results was ok as expected by a trainee. My only problem is when trying to book in you don't get a response back to either make an appointment or for your check up. I find this alittle unprofessional and worrying if you had any problems. I don't think I'll use this service again as I find it disturbing that you can't get a response back. Plus I've seen a review about botox from one of her clients and blaming it on a trainee when you can clearly see no botox was used.

Thought it was about time I left a review about my whole training experience at Gemma Jones Aesthetics. I have qualified in multiple courses from foundation to advanced and cant rave enough about how amazing Gemma & Rachael are at what they do and the quality and standard of training they teach! After every course I have been on I have left feeling so confident and this is down to the thorough training and amount of practical models you get. I am so happy I found this Academy and decided to train with them, as the training is second to none and I wouldnt be where I am now, with the quality of my work if it werent for them! x
