        2 particular staff not very knowledgeable, gives advice and then we bring the required document only to say we didnt advice you this, one of them, the rude one, insisted she haven't given the advice. I guess we were lying then. Awful service. Since RBS branch is closed we have to deal with them. Not sure what happened to providing good service.

        This branch will not give out change on a Saturday, the website allows you to order change but the staff in the branch refuse to give it out as it is a Saturday. I think if the website allows it then the staff should honour it. Instead you are met with anger and a stern telling off. Terrible customer service, how hard is it really to exchange notes for coins?
