Firstly, a few years ago, purchased a carbon grille for my V40 which had very poor build quality, and had chipped away paint,
Had them install some lowering springs that I bought elsewhere and when I picked up the car, the wheels hadn't been tightened properly and I had to take the car back to have this corrected.
Lastly, I had a new original spoiler installed, and the water pump that sprays water over the back windscreen wasn't put back properly and doesn't work, I emailed, twice at a further date in the future to try and get this corrected and have since been ignored.
Nice enough lads, don't pay great attention to detail or quality in the service they provide.
